Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol

>RSTP ( Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol ) とは[[STP]]と同様に、&color(red){レイヤー 2 のループを回避するプロトコル};です。
RSTP ( IEEE802.1Wで定義 ) は STP ( IEEE802.1Dで定義 ) の改良版で互換性もあり一緒に使用できます。
トポロジーに変更があった場合、STPは50秒未満で収束するのに対して&color(red){RSTPは数秒以内で高速収束};します。
